Is this how pedestrians cross the street in Baltimore? I’m not sure this scam would have even worked out for this guy. He wasn’t at a crosswalk and there’s a witness just across the street — unless, of course, the conveniently-located “witness” was also in on the scam…
This is just one more example of why everyone should have a dash cam in their car. It could save you from scammers like this, but more-importantly, it could get you views on YouTube!
