Speeder Almost Hits Truck & Motorcycle | Dashcam Accidents

This speeding driver almost kills himself driving into the rear of an 18-wheeler truck. Then tries to pass right and possibly takes out a motorcyclist.  You can’t really tell if the motorcycle was hit or not. How often does a semi truck pass a biker on the highway?
